Closing & Possession:
All roads lead here, the most important day. The day utilities should already be cancelled and/or transferred, mailing addresses changed, home completely cleared. Your buyer’s final walkthrough takes place, and off to the attorney’s office for signing we’ll go, or will a POA be signed if you can’t be here? Either way we’ll arrange. Once all documents signed, your keys are turned over, home gets paid off, any debts cleared and a check cut for the proceeds in your name. Congratulations, we’ve officially sold your home!
