“This was the 2nd home that my husband and I have purchased. It’s been a long time since our first home purchase, so we were very rusty in the whole home purchasing process. Before we even agreed to have Kali as a realtor; she spent around one and a half hours talking to us in terms of getting to know us and our wants/needs. That phone call told my husband and I that Kali really cares; she doesn’t look at her clients like numbers. We knew from that phone call that she was the realtor for us.
We learned a lot from our first home purchase, and we knew what we wanted and really did not want to budge on giving up features we wanted. What makes Kali and her team so great is the patience she had with us. I kid you not, we looked at over 20+ houses…And with this crazy market, it took 6 offers on different houses to finally snag one. From the late-night calls/text to the many offer rejections, Kali was there the entire time. She motivated us to keep pushing when the offers fell through. Around the 4th offer rejected we were about to call it quits. But Kali stressed how important it was to push through because we were so close. She was right.
As a message to other buyers, she will take care of you. It is a rough market but do not give up; Kali stated regarding offers; 5-6 is the magic number and she was totally right. We love our current home, and it hits all our check boxes.

“Where do we even begin? We recently PCS’d to Fort Gordon without a home and quickly being forced to weigh our options. Buying a house was far from our plans; yet it instantly became our only choice for a multitude of reasons.
I found Kali a couple months back, prior to our move; little did I know we would actually NEED her! When the time came and our only option was to buy, I quickly reached out to Kali for assistance. Upon speaking to her, she mentioned a 1 hour consultation call. To be transparent- I thought to myself “I do not need to have this call, we just need to start looking for a house.” Only because I did my fair share of research on her, and knew I wanted her as our agent I agreed to take the call. Meanwhile she scheduled her time to speak to me while she was on a vacation with her family. Never once did I feel rushed; or pushed to get to the point. She was very thorough during the call, she took time to hear my needs, explain her process, and to ultimately gain our trust.
As we started looking at houses, many, many houses; Kali never tried to force me into a house. If anything on multiple occasions might of talked us off the ledge – definitely frustrating because I just wanted a home. But realistically she pretty much counseled me to remaining focus; and to not cut myself short. Overall, she did not let me settle at all! For that reason I am so grateful for her.
Once we found a home it was definitely not all peaches & cream; it wasn’t the smoothest process for many uncontrollable reasons. There were many times it didn’t look like we would even make it to closing, and yet she still remained faithful. Kali never gave us any doubt that she was loosing patience. We’ve worked with Kali as sellers & now as buyers. Kali was not just our realtor, she was our inspector, banker, surveyor, friend, decorator, and FIGHTER, the one person you can trust throughout this roller coaster of a process.
We started shopping for a home in 2021 (no big rush – just browsing) + she knew we weren’t ready to buy & she still met us at various locations around the CSRA. When looking at homes she would spot all the things that would be potential issues with EACH home (water damage, ages or roof, cost of remodeling, etc.) She will be completely honest with you even as you are walking through your ideal home.
