We started shopping for a home in 2021 (no big rush – just browsing) + she knew we weren’t ready to buy & she still met us at various locations around the CSRA. When looking at homes she would spot all the things that would be potential issues with EACH home (water damage, ages or roof, cost of remodeling, etc.) She will be completely honest with you even as you are walking through your ideal home.
She is knowledgeable about builders in the area and gave us the run down, all of the information needed to do our research. When we were looking at various lots around the CSRA – she would drive out to the lot to preview before we would even make an offer. She will make sure you are both confident and informed.
At our orientation for our new build – my husband and I would of walked around and thought GREAT it looks perfect but not Kali, she had blue tape all over the home for the builder to touch up before our move.
We also had issues the night before closing & our banker was not available. Kali was there itemizing every line item on our closing documents to help us indicate the issue up to 11pm the night before closing!
She will be your advocate through and through. Kali will make you feel like you’re the only client she is working with, ONLY to find out she is currently juggling many many other clients all at the same time.”
